Through spiritual fasting, I have discovered true hunger – the body and blood of Jesus Christ.

It motivated me on a deeply spiritual level to fast for the intentions of the Blessed Mother and loving her deeply.

Lent is about caring for others and helping yourself to align with God‘s will, with commitment, courage, and capability – in that order.

Trust in the Lord is difficult for all of us. The water on the wood miracle is described in 1 Kings 18, and it is a scripture worth taking to adoration.

My favorite scriptures in the Bible have been the ones about possibility, and that nothing is impossible with God.

I urge you to reflect on your blessings, so that you realize how far you’ve come and how much God has blessed you, and you can thank Him.

May you consider slowing down this month and considering the transformation that God has allowed you to experience in your life.
