There’s a lot of talk about Dry January happening – taking a break from alcohol during this month.
I think it is a fabulous idea to consider our drinking levels and lean into moderation if possible, but there is something better than a dry January!
I’m here to suggest that you add to that practice a spiritual purpose! There are life-changing effects for both body and soul with Spiritual Fasting.

Fasting and Prayer is demanding due to hunger and discomfort, but the fruits are extraordinary.
