Revising the Business With God: Trusting Him to Lead the Way

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

When I read Scripture, I’m often struck by how uncertain the times were for God’s people. There were famines, plagues, wars, disease, and economic collapse. And yet, in every season of uncertainty, God sustained those who trusted Him. Over and over again, He proved faithful—not because things were perfect, but because His people placed their hope in Him.

That truth is just as relevant today. When our trust is in the Lord, we—and our businesses—are secure.

At The Catholic Fasting Coach, email lists are growing, over 100,000 podcast episodes have been downloaded, clients are getting good results, employees are thriving, and revenue is climbing, so it’s natural to smile at a fellow parishioner and say, “God is good! I’m just trusting the Lord. Everything is amazing!” But we are stepping out in faith to go bigger and teach more.

Our mission of Spiritual Fasting needs to be spread far and wide with a new burst of energy and a growth plan to reach more people on a step-by-step journey. It’s scary to step out in faith with new products, but that’s when our trust is truly tested.

And that’s where I’ve found myself recently—in a space of exciting surrender.

This summer, we embarked on revising the business—not just for growth, but for God’s glory. The mission of The Catholic Fasting Coach is too important to get stuck in old patterns or stale processes. We have learned so much in the last few years, it’s time to update the place a little.

I believe with all my heart that this Delay and Pray® movement—teaching Catholics how to spiritually fast—is a call from the Blessed Mother herself. She wants her children to learn how to fast in a way that brings healing to families, holiness to our lives, and miracles to our communities. This is about body and soul. It’s about the rhythm of eating, fasting, and feasting all year long—with flexibility, common sense, and joy.

This fall and next winter, we’re launching 2 brand-new evergreen digital products that will be available anytime, from anywhere. These are Beta products—beautiful, but still evolving. We’ll be listening to your feedback and refining them as we move through 2026.

This week, we will be launching the $10 Digital Book Bundle, and in the winter, we will be releasing the $100 Intro Delay and Pray® Toolkit: The Foundations of Spiritual Fasting. In October, we will open the doors to our signature product with a new price and a refreshed agenda and look. It is now called The $1000 Delay and Pray® Coaching Experience; it has been drilled down to a refreshed 10-week coaching immersion experience, and the start date is October 6th.

But here’s the deeper truth behind all of this: none of it works without God. He is the Builder. He is the Guide. He is the Shepherd. I’m making timelines, but He is in charge of outcomes. I’ve discovered that this is the best way to work.

To trust God with your business means surrendering your outcomes. As we move into this next exciting season of Delay and Pray®, for this fall and for 2026, I’m not just launching new products. I’m walking in deeper trust. I’m letting go of my version of success and grabbing hold of His. Because I’ve seen it again and again: God sustains what He builds—especially when we revise our plans with open hands.

Get ready, my friend. The best is yet to come. This is for you! We are going to fast and pray together to change the world. Will you lose weight? Yes. But that’s just the icing on the cake—so to speak. Transformation in Christ is urgently needed, and I pray that Delay and Pray® gives you just the tools to engage in the spiritual battle for souls.
