“For you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” Genesis 3:19

Weekly live coaching is vitally important for learning how to Spiritually Fast. It is an investment that is priceless.

What are you paying for? How to permanently change your life—beginning with Lent.

Coaching is the Key.

I am offering a Spiritual Fasting Master Class this Lent. The most important part of this Master Class is me coaching you how to eliminate sugar, flour, and alcohol from your life for the six weeks of Lent.

We know it would be AMAZING to accomplish this task for both body and soul. Spiritually fasting off food helps us gain control over our appetites–swaying us away from gluttony and laziness. Fasting helps reveal our addictions and the emotions that are driving us to overconsume.

Once we can name these things—we can deal with them and take them to Jesus for healing. Physically fasting off food helps us to attain a healthy weight, gain more energy, fight off disease, sleep and think better.

There is no downside of learning how to fast. What is good for the body is good for the soul. What is good for the soul is good for the body.

Intellectually, you know that you could take on this challenge. So, what is stopping you?

Your thoughts.

This is where coaching comes in. Your thoughts in the form of limited beliefs are what is keeping you from successfully fasting both physically and spiritually from food.

If your first thought about this challenge is, “I won’t be able to do it” then we need to figure out why you are having that thought. How is it serving you right now?

St. Thomas of Aquinas says that we have a natural inclination towards perfection.

Perfection is simply reaching for our highest good. The ultimate good being God who is Love himself. Unfortunately, we reach for what we think is good for us even though it is not serving us due to years of conditioning and the culture.

These thoughts are deep down in our subconscious and as humans, we can become aware of our thinking when trained to do so. Then, we can decide to choose our thoughts. The process is not easy, but it is doable, measurable, simple, and repeatable with the right coaching, motivation, and practical tools.

Lent is often shrugged off now.

We’ll put ashes on our heads, but will we unite ourselves to Jesus for 40 days through prayer, fasting, and giving? Are we too busy or even lazy to join a Group Coaching Program to take on this important challenge?

We aren’t too keen on suffering these days—especially with Netflix on every screen and Chipotle delivered to our doors. But, we can begin our new life now—with Lent.

Lent is a Golden Opportunity to grow in faith and health. Don’t miss it.

Lent is called a Penitential Season by the Catholic Church. A time to grow closer to Jesus who went to the desert, fasted, was administered to by the Angels, was tempted by Satan, but remained faithful to God. He shows us the way. The Angels will administer to us, too.

Lent is a grace-filled time where we are invited to slow down and come physically into the Church more often than Sundays.

We are invited to renew our relationship with the Lord in the Sacraments. We are invited to take a look at how we pray, fast, and give. We are invited to attend Mass and Adoration more often, to pray the Stations of the Cross weekly, to pray a little deeper, deny ourselves foods that we love for a short time, and to give more of ourselves for 40 days as a community.

According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, “By the solemn forty days of Lent the Church unites herself each year to the mystery of Jesus in the desert.” (CCC540) Don’t miss the golden opportunity of Lent.

I invite you to come out to the desert for 40 days and take the Spiritual Fasting Master Class:
