As Halloween beckons with its sweet temptations, let’s talk about how to turn to prayer to manage our candy choices.

Are you prepared to Delay and Pray before, after, and right through Halloween and the upcoming holiday feasts?

Today’s episode includes practical tips on how to do this and manage our candy choices. Different candies have varying impacts on our insulin, so better choices can be made even on treat-filled holidays.

It is possible to adopt a prayerful attitude in anticipation of these days because Delay and Pray is all about developing a deeper interior life for our souls as well as moderation and delay with our food and drinks, instead of ‘going without’ forever.

Prayer must be a part of the equation to do this successfully – it is the essence of Spiritual Fasting.

Even on Halloween, this is possible.

Discover how prayer can lower insulin levels, fostering health and spiritual growth.
